Overview

BrightView is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing and outreach strategies that drive patient acquisition and brand awareness. This role is pivotal in supporting our outreach team through targeted campaigns, community partnerships, and compelling content. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for healthcare marketing and a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute integrated marketing and communications plans that align with business objectives and support external outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and event channels to support business growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing department and outreach team, ensuring alignment and responsiveness to field needs.
  • Plan and manage virtual events that enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and systems to streamline campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and KPIs.
  • Maintain and govern content platforms to ensure efficient content delivery and version control.

Qualifications

  • EXPERIENCE
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated content strategy and campaign execution.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, outreach, or field teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and marketing platforms (e.g., WordPress, Salesforce, Constant Contact).
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
    • Proven ability to define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Experience in healthcare marketing, particularly in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.
    • Background in sales enablement or supporting field-based teams.
    • Experience managing direct reports or mentoring junior team members
  • EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising or a related field.
