This individual is responsible for supporting BrightView employees’ information technology needs. The IT Computer Support Specialist will implement and maintain computing, network, and infrastructure assets for end users.
Work on BrightView’s Service Desk team to provide onsite and remote support.
Assist staff with technical support for laptop and desktop computers, mobile devices and applications.
Resolve IT tickets in a timely manner and properly document resolutions.
Setup, installation and tracking of computer systems and peripherals
Assist in configuration and ongoing monitoring of the local telecommunication and networking systems.
When appropriate, work with vendors to resolve any outages or issues.
Customer service focused, confident dealing with all levels of users
Team player – ability to work well with team members with diverse skills and abilities
Required Education/Degree:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Certification/License:
A+, N+ or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals all are a plus
Required Work Experience:
1 year experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
1 year experience in customer service preferred
The individual should have experience with the following systems, applications or devices:
Windows 10 desktop operating systems. Familiarity with Windows 11 a plus.
Microsoft Office 365
iOS, and Android Mobile Device Management a plus
LAN/WAN networking technologies a plus
Experience with VoIP phone systems a plus
