Overview

As the Director of Marketing at BrightView, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward by leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, and branding efforts to effectively promote our services, enhance brand visibility, and engage with key stakeholders, including clients, referral partners, and the broader community. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Outreach, you will collaborate closely with multiple departments, with a particular focus on partnering closely with our community outreach team to foster meaningful connections and expand our patient reach.

Responsibilities

MARKETING STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP

  • Lead and refine the company wide marketing strategy including digital marketing, branding, and advertising in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of the strategy, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement programs and systems that increase brand awareness and drive demand for BrightView’s services in new and existing markets.
  • Utilize market research and data-driven insights to inform marketing and company strategy.
  • Partner with and support the Outreach leadership team that is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the communities that we serve.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to drive marketing excellence and achieve business objectives.

BRAND MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION

  • Manage the company's brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational values and positioning.
  • Lead efforts to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership through media relations, thought leadership initiatives, and speaking engagements.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and the broader community.

CAMPAIGN PLANNING AND EXECUTION

  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Develop compelling messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and action.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics based on data and analytics to maximize ROI and effectiveness.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND PARTNERSHIP

  • Collaborate closely with the community outreach team to identify opportunities for partnership and engagement with local stakeholders.
  • Leverage community insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance brand relevance and resonance.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Required: 5+ years of management-level marketing experience or the equivalent of education and training
  • Preferred: Prior experience with multi-state healthcare entity.

EDUCATION

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree
