Overview

The Team Lead for RCM System Lead is the subject matter expert and will be responsible for assisting the RCM Manager with oversight of the team. This individual will provide feedback, training, and guidance to ensure RCM staff is following department protocol with RCM processes. The Team Lead for RCM will handle escalated issues or more complex projects. This individual will work closely with manager and RCM Leadership to develop RCM process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Mentors, guides and provide oversight assistance of the team.
  • Applying subject expertise to identify areas of process improvement opportunities in revenue cycle management process
  • Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.
  • Consulting across teams, providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the RCM leadership and system specialists to maximize productivity
  • Collaborates with project teams, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
  • Organize and monitor schedules to ensure deadlines are met coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently
  • Monitors and oversees system projects progress toward achieving goals and objectives and document key decisions
  • Assess RCM processes and team to identify and develop action plan for areas as needed
  • Analyze processes targeted by senior management and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate and support process improvements and enhancement requests
  • Analysis of large amounts of data to identify trends, develop reports and communication plan to clearly communicate results to leadership as needed
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, documenting and following up on actions and decisions.
  • Preparing project materials as needed and providing administrative support as needed
  • Developing strategies to ensure an effective and efficient execution of projects
  • Adhere to frameworks and maintain documentation appropriately
  • Training and development of team members to ensure Brightview Health policy and protocol is being followed.
  • Assume responsibility for independent completion of tasks and small projects
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA
  • Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma required
