The Outreach Coordinator is a critical member of the Center team that acts as the external facing representative of BrightView across all organizational levels. The Outreach Coordinator's primary role is to achieve admission targets through focused referral generation and strategic brand-building initiatives. This individual will act as the community liaison/outside sales representative for BrightView to identify, establish, and maintain communication and relationships with potential referral partners in their respective community. They are responsible for attending community events, being a liaison with health systems, facilitating interaction with the criminal justice community, and interfacing with complimentary service providers in the substance use disorder marketplace.
Maintain performance scorecard to provide trend analysis, communicate strategic objectives, and regularly communicate value of outreach efforts.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
